Sausage “, an original village recipe, some slight changes to production method resulted
in a Gold Award at the Berks & Oxon judging at the Swan, Pangbourne
We were very pleased to score 98 out of a possible 100 points available in the category.
We also achieved Gold for our Old English Sausage, & Silver for our Pork & Leek &
South African Boerewors
