We currently cure our own green back & streaky bacon using  Oxfordshire Pork supplied by Woods Farm Ltd.

The pork is cured slowly by a traditional method and sliced to your required thickness.

 

This produces a very tasty mild cure bacon with little of the white ouse  that seeps out when mass produced bacon is cooked.

 

As we have no smoking facility we source our dry cured smoked from Sandridge Farmhouse Bacon

This Golden Rind bacon is simply gorgeous.

 

Sandridge Farm also supply us with their Gammons which we cook slowly to produce a succulent Ham for either slicing or as a large joint for that special family occasion.
